All software, designs, content, and code created by SmartMLM remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the software as per the agreement.
SmartMLM is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software or website information. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring that the software functions as described in the project agreement.
Payment for our services must be made according to the terms specified in the client agreement. Delays or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
SmartMLM collects and uses client information only as described in our Privacy Policy. We prioritize the confidentiality and security of all client data.
SmartMLM may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
