This policy explains our payment terms, service commitments, and refund eligibility related to digital software products and development services provided by SmartMLM.
All products and services offered by SmartMLM are digital software solutions and development services. Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital products, all payments made are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Once a payment is successfully completed for software development, customization, setup, licensing, or related services, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of business plans, misunderstanding of features, project delays caused by client-side factors, or discontinuation of business operations.
Clients are encouraged to review demonstrations, documentation, and project requirements carefully before confirming any purchase.
Software delivered by SmartMLM constitutes a digital product that becomes accessible immediately upon deployment, configuration, or delivery. As digital assets cannot be returned or revoked once shared or deployed, refund requests cannot be accommodated.
Clients are responsible for evaluating software suitability through demos, consultations, or discussions provided prior to purchase. Completion of payment confirms acceptance of features, scope, and functionality as discussed.
Any additional features, customization requests, or scope changes requested after project confirmation shall be treated as separate work and may involve additional charges. Such changes do not qualify for cancellation or refund of previously completed work.
SmartMLM shall not be responsible for refund claims arising from third-party service interruptions including hosting providers, payment gateways, internet outages, regulatory changes, or external platform dependencies.
Initiating unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks after service delivery may result in suspension of services and restriction of future support. SmartMLM reserves the right to present transaction records, agreements, and communication history to financial institutions or authorized entities to resolve disputes.
Refunds, if ever considered, shall be entirely at the sole discretion of SmartMLM management and only under extraordinary circumstances explicitly approved in writing.
By making a payment for any SmartMLM product or service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
SmartMLM reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
